Orders Under AUD $300:
Standard: $10 Australia Wide || Express: $20 Australia Wide
Standard International: $25 || Express $60 World Wide
Items are packed and posted within 2 business days of payment being received.
There may be some occasional delays due to public holidays and busy sale periods and promotions.
Please take this into consideration when purchasing.
Delivery timeframes will vary by location, times of the year, and other variable factors which are out of my control. If you need something urgently, please contact me prior to making your purchase.
Return & Exchange Policy:
Returns and Refunds are excepted on Full Priced ready-to-ship items only.
Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items that are purchased on sale or discounted for any reason, may only be exchanged or receive a store credit. Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of return.
You can use your store credit towards future custom orders.
If you wish to return your item/s, please contact me to arrange a return within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. The cost of original shipping to the buyer will be deducted from your final refund.
